The stage also welcomes live talk shows, cosplay performances, DJ showcases, and guest appearances by Japanese voice actors and creators.
On Sunday, June 8, audiences will be treated to a special performance: The Music of STUDIO GHIBLI Original Singers Symphony, featuring original singers from Studio Ghibli classics like Spirited Away, Laputa, and Howl’s Moving Castle, accompanied by a full live orchestra from Japan.
Beyond the concerts and panels, the Exhibition Hall is open all three days (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM), featuring a vast array of booths including Creators Hub, Cosplay Hub, Akiba Town, and Food Street. Participating creators include popular names like NEKOMSHIBA, Ataraxia Gear, Kuro0818rn, Oshi-iro Café, Kidfuture Studio, and many others.
Fans can also meet their favorite guests in person through exclusive Meet & Greet sessions located in Hall B. These sessions have limited access and follow strict guidelines to ensure comfort and privacy for both guests and attendees.
To help attendees enjoy the event more freely, AFAID25 provides a convenient bag drop service at Lobby A. Visitors can store their belongings and explore the venue comfortably.
For everyone’s safety, the organizers have set specific event rules, including restrictions on outside food and drinks, replica weapons, drones, laser pointers, large bags (A4 size limit in concert areas), and selfie sticks. Compliance with these guidelines is essential to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
With a dynamic mix of live music, interactive creator zones, top-tier cosplay, and exclusive performances from Japan, AFAID25 is a must-visit destination for anime and J-pop enthusiasts in Indonesia.
