The 5th ISPE 2025 (Indonesia Sustainable Procurement Expo), organized by AKEN (National Electronic Catalog Association) in collaboration with Keren Event Organizer, took place at the Exhibition Hall – Smesco Indonesia, Jl. Gatot Subroto No. Kav. 94, RT 11/RW 3, Pancoran, South Jakarta. The event was officially opened on February 11, 2025.
This two-day event (February 11-12, 2025) carried the theme “Encouraging Sustainable Procurement Through Digital Transformation by Improving the Quality of Domestic Products, MSME Efficiency, Optimization of Procurement Transparency, and Implementation of e-Catalog Version 6.0.”
This year’s exhibition showcased various leading domestic products registered in the e-Catalog, including digital solutions, the latest technology, and sustainable innovations. The event also featured exclusive sessions with key officials from various government agencies who participated in discussions with procurement experts. They addressed the latest regulations, more efficient procurement strategies, and best practices to optimize the use of e-Catalog Version 6.0 in government and private institutions.
Many manufacturers and service providers participated in this exhibition, offering a wide range of new products. Visitors flocked to explore various offers, such as office electronic equipment providers, including database storage servers, computers, motherboards, CCTV, and more.
Additionally, office equipment and supplies providers such as BANTEX and TRENDS DISTRI INDONESIA showcased their top products. Meanwhile, Biznet Home offered e-net services with attractive promotions, including affordable installation packages and a 40% discount for Biznet IPTV STB units with three months of free all TV channel packages.
One standout booth was Sribu, a digital platform that provides various services for business needs. Their services include logo design, website development, branding, social media management, and fast, precise writing services. Sribu also helps companies find high-quality freelance workers suited to their specific needs, making business processes and digital marketing more efficient.
This exhibition also highlighted Indonesia’s cultural diversity through traditional dance performances that welcomed state officials. Additionally, booths displayed artwork from creative artisans striving to develop and introduce Indonesia’s art industry to the global stage.
The success of the 5th ISPE was also marked by awards given to procurement players who have fully contributed to implementing an efficient procurement system for goods and services. Furthermore, MSMEs played a significant role in supporting government initiatives through technological innovations, enhancing procurement effectiveness and sustainability.
